Welcome & Bonjour! to Pierre's French  Bistro restaurant located on Quay street Galway City, Ireland.  We are delighted you arrived here and we hope that you can visit our restaurant and taste some of the wonderful  fresh produce at irresistible prices on offer in Galway. Pierre's  has gastronomic treasures, we change our menu's regularly , our chefs only use fresh produce and our staff are friendly.   
We are in our tenth year in business, the building has had a cooking tradition dating back to the 16th century.   At Pierre's we follow the French tradition of fixed price menus.
We offer a 3 course menu at an amazing  ( 26.90 euro's) 19.90 only between 5pm to7pm (pre-theatre). There are daily dinner specials as well as a full a la carte menu. 
The atmosphere, typical  French - lively, relaxed and unpretentious.  Be greeted by your friendly host, who provides expert suggestions on the perfect combination of food and wine. Enjoy a satisfyingly simple, hearty meal, prepared from seasonally fresh local ingredients. We see Pierre's  as an elegant Galway  translation of the homely, family-run country bistro's of France.

We're not just talking about the food, either- please use our welcoming staff as your resource for a great evening. Most of our waiters have been with us for years and want to help you choose the most delicious array of food. Don't forget about the wine !   Our  wine list is just like our menu constantly changing and good value.  Our waiters are very knowledgeable about the wine list, so don't hesitate to ask for ideas.
